My Blog is part of a revolution that allows all of us to freely express ourselves to the world. Within this world, no one really knows how many Blogs there are, however, The Blog Herald (yes, there really is a group with this name) purports there are more than 70 million blogs with about 15-30 million Blogs being in the U.S.

So what makes my weblog unique? I am devoted to improving the quality of life for mature adults. My commitment comes from an incredible passion for my grandparents and my intense desire to change the world for seniors. With my doctorate in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, I want to empower older adults and break down the barriers between generations. I believe the dialogue between my articles/research and your postings/comments will not only inspire you in your every day life, but will involve you in a live discussion so that you can make decisions that can only improve your life.
